La Motte Chardonnay

This Chardonnay white wine is excellent with caviar, snails, carpaccio paté, crayfish (Cape rock lobster), prawns, mussels, perlemoen (abalone) and creamy cheese. Grapes for this white wine originate from La Motte in Franschhoek. The vineyard lies 200 metres above sea level, against a southern and southwestern slope.
